Substitution Policy
In some cases, our photos are meant to capture the style and spirit of each design — not an exact replica.
Occasionally, specific flowers or containers may be substituted due to seasonal availability or market conditions.
When this happens, we always preserve the color palette, style, and theme of your arrangement and substitute with items of equal or greater value.
If any flowers or design details are especially important to you, simply add them in the florist notes at checkout or give us a call — we're happy to accommodate.
