RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, Pretty Petals SD does not accept returns on any floral products or arrangements. All sales are final.
The following order types are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed:
- Custom floral arrangements
- Event arrangements
- Wedding arrangements
- Funeral & sympathy arrangements
Deposits collected for event, wedding, and funeral orders are non-refundable.
Quality Guarantee & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we will make it right.
To request a quality review, please provide:
- Your order number or name
- Clear photos of the arrangement
We reserve the right to offer, at our discretion, one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement arrangement of equal value
- Store credit toward a future order
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for personal preference, natural color variation between flower varieties, or minor differences between arrangements and inspiration photos.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for store credit. Orders cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable. Event, wedding, and funeral orders follow a separate cancellation agreement provided at the time of booking.
